The person should be above 18 years to be active member of IHAF and without any criminal background.
The person should be physically and mentally strong and willing to work for IHAF voluntarily and individually or in a group and travel at his own expenses except otherwise stated.
A person is selected and can be removed by the Chairman or Board of Directors (BODs) without notice or giving reason for misconduct, misbehaviour, indiscipline.
The member is willing to work and obey the Chairman and BODs.
The member will give his best effort to full fill objective and task assigned to him or her.
Member should attend the general assembly (GA) meetings and participate fully and have to give written application (or send SMS, email) for being absent, at least 24 hours before the meeting.
The meetings will be held on weekends on Saturday or Sundays at various locations.
General Assembly (GA) Meetings will be headed by Chairman and the BODs and members.
The Chairman has the supreme power to form or diffuse a steering committee (SCom), members.
It is duty of a member to obey and give due respect to the Chairman, BODs and SComs.
Membership Registration Fee should be paid within 5 working days once Application Form has been accepted.
Annual Due should be paid in the month of January; and latest at the end of the month of March.
Upon good standing, members shall be awarded a membership certificate at the end of the year.
